Clear, potent, and practically sterile. Vodka is the most medically useful of the Wasteland’s alcoholic beverages — its high alcohol content makes it an effective disinfectant. Some medics prefer it to proper Antiseptic when supplies run low, and unlike other alcoholic beverages, it works just as well.

- Counts as drinking during Rest (prevents Exhaustion)
- Can be used in place of Antiseptic at no penalty (treatment quality is not reduced)

Each time an alcoholic beverage is consumed, roll an END + Survival Test.
- Base Difficulty = 12
- +2 for each alcoholic beverage already consumed since your last Long Rest
On failure, gain Alcohol Addiction.
No addiction roll when used as an Antiseptic substitute.
