Murky, irradiated water scooped from a river, puddle, or rusted pipe. It’s not clean, but it’s wet — and in the Wasteland, that’s enough. Most water sources produce Dirty Water. Drinking it will keep you alive, but you’ll absorb some radiation in the process.

- Gain 2 ☢ RADS
- Counts as drinking during 🛌 Rest (prevents 😫 Exhaustion)
- During Rest, heal 4 HP immediately instead of Regen
