Osteosynthesis Implant 🔳 (no stack)
A pre-war military-grade implant containing a lattice of biocompatible metal and rapid-growth bone matrix. When surgically inserted at a fracture site, it stimulates near-instantaneous bone regeneration. Extremely rare and valuable — these were cutting-edge even before the Great War.
Osteosynthesis Implants are a required component for Bone Surgery, used to treat Broken Arm, Broken Leg, Mangled Arm, and Mangled Leg. They are the only way to restore a completely destroyed limb without long-term convalescence.
