- Receive only. It cannot transmit, and it cannot break encryption.
- Playback is audible. In an enemy’s line of sight or earshot, it is a loud action and breaks 👥 Hidden status.
Cannot be crafted
The 🔨 industrial-workshop rule puts tuned receivers out of reach of a field workstation. Found, bought, or taken.
