Perks That Interact with Overencumbered
- 🎖 Strong Back — Increases your maximum Carry Capacity by +3 per rank, making it harder to become Overencumbered.
- 🎖 Master Thief — Being Overencumbered no longer gives you a penalty to 👤 Sneak. The MAP and movement penalties still apply.
