You are a Mister Handy, made by General Atomics International. You have three eyes, which can individually observe everything around you. You also have sensory modules that can sense smell, chemicals, and radiation. You also have three robotic arms, one of which possesses a pincer which can be used to manipulate things. You are also levitating through jet propulsion, increasing mobility but limiting your ability to carry items.

Benefit
- Select 2 Mister Handy Robot Arms. These will always be equipped.
- Levitating as long as your Thrusters are not Incapacitated. Being in “Prone” stance will disable Levitating and make you Immobile.
- PER Tests that rely on sight or smell are done with Advantage as long as your Optics are not Crippled
Penalty
- Default Carry Weight is 5, and can not be changed through STR. Modified components may allow you to increase this.
- You can not carry heavy objects (above 40 lbs)
